Who We Are
With great respect and love we welcome you to Trika Kula.
Trika Kula means a family of practice.
A space where sādhana is integrated into daily life.
Where devotion is steady.
Where lineage is honoured.
Where we return—again and again—to what is essential: love of the Shakti, love of the Guru, love of the Self.
Trika Kula is a home for those who want to practice sincerely, in good company, with real support.
Trika Kula is held by Nataraj Chaitanya, Vishnudev, Jayden, Leah, and supported by a community of volunteers (sevites), rooted in the Three (Trika) living streams that have shaped our lives:
• Shiva Yoga (Bhagavan Nityananda, Baba Muktananda, Swami Shankarananda and Devi Ma Saraswati)
• Sri Sakthi Amma
• Vedic Meditation (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and Swami Brahmananda Saraswati)
You’ll see the shift in our name, our visuals, and our weekly rhythm—
but the essence remains the same:
daily puja (ritual worship), havan (fire ceremony)
Goddess devotion, chanting & kirtan
workshops, courses, & trainings
meditation & self inquiry
movement & hatha yoga
celebrating the Vedic calendar
study, satsang, and community practice
If you’ve been practicing with us for a while: thank you.
If you’re new here: welcome.
Our new schedule begins February 2026, watch this space for our grand opening announcement and further details.
