Weekly Schedule

Monday

  • Rooted in the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism and refined for modern seekers, Shiva Process offers a simple yet transformative way to shift from emotional contraction to expanded awareness. Developed by Swami Shankarananda and Devi Ma Saraswati, Shiva process uses guided meditation and inquiry-based dialogue to bring clarity to difficult emotions, recognize hidden patterns, and reconnect with the clear space of good feeling-the essence of your own Self.

Tuesday

  • Leah's guided somatic movement class combines self enquiry, movement and music together to invoke a sense of reverence and joy in the body. Blending together somatic exercises, dance inspired movement, and nourishing restorative shapes, this class encourages you to explore and express your body's innate creativity, grow your interoceptive language and invite in expression and play.

  • A deep dive into the path of the heart. In this lively class led by Nataraj Chaitanya we study, reflect, and bring these teachings into lived experience—cultivating love that is steady, sincere, and transformative.

Wednesday

  • Begin the day in devotion and stillness. Through ritual honoring the goddess Narayani, mantra, and meditation, we align ourselves with the sacred.

Thursday

  • Chanting the sacred verses of the Guru Gītā is a musical meditation and practice of devotion and attunement. A way of invoking the guru principle—within and without—as guiding wisdom and grace.

Friday

  • Join us for a traditional Narayani Abhişekam Pujā in the lineage of Sri Shakti Amma — a sacred bathing ritual with mantra, water, milk, flowers, and flame offered to the Divine Mother as protector and sustaining grace.

Through this devotional ritual, we honor the Shakti that nourishes and upholds all life.

  • Join us in community for satsang as we discuss different topics and share wisdom from our lineages

Saturday

  • Queer Group Meditation for the community to come together and practice. This is an inclusive offering for all.

Sunday

  • A Hatha Yoga sequence taught with an emphasis on inquiry, designed to prepare the body, mind and energy for meditation.
We move effortlessly, soften and open awareness, and allow the physiology to unwind.
This sequence hones our ability to become increasingly sensitive and reinforces a foundational principle of meditation: 'do less, achieve more!

  • Group Meditation begins with guided breath, followed by effortless meditation. Practice concludes in an easy reclined posture.

Afterwards, there is a wisdom talk where students are invited to ask questions, and together we share insights in an open and welcoming space.
