Meditation Breakthrough Program Tantric Dhāraṇā Masterclass

Aug 5th - Sept 30th
Each Wednesday Night

Tuition

Most people don’t need more spiritual techniques. They need a breakthrough in how they practice.

A shift from doing techniques to learning how to step inside of the possibility they offer us. From managing the mind and nervous system to recognizing and abiding in the Self.

That’s what this program is designed for.

A 9-week breakthrough container for your spiritual practice that’s structured, guided, and alive so something in you actually transforms.

This is an immersion into tantric practice that holds all of life as a pathway to awakening.
This is exploring your spiritual practice as an artful experiment and living force of grace.

It’s a committed immersion into the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, where each week we take a stream of dhāraṇās, tantric meditative and contemplative practices, and work them until they become real in your experience:

– the still point inside the breath
– the gap between thoughts opening into vastness
– sound revealing silence
– the body as a living field of awareness
– bliss, void, expansion, contraction
– the sacred woven through ordinary life

Not collecting techniques.
Not staying at the level of ideas.
This is about revolutionizing your inner world.

A space where:

– your practice becomes steady and precise
– your perception begins to shift
– meditation moves off the cushion and into your life
– you’re held in a container that supports deep inquiry and lineage-based, empowered practices.

For dedicated practitioners.
For teachers.
For those who know there’s more here and are ready to meet it.

You’ll be guided week by week into direct experience through teaching, practice, inquiry, lively discussion, and a shared current of sādhana.

Abhyanga Massage
5 Day Practitioner Training

Sept 16th - 20th
9am-4pm Daily

Tuition

  • This is the full price for a complete training on a 75min Abhyanga Massage practice.

Early Bird Special of $1900 if full payment by 30th May 2026

This 5-day immersion is an introduction into the art and practice of Abhyanga — the traditional Ayurvedic oil massage known for its deeply nourishing, grounding, and restorative effects.

Designed for both beginners and those already working in bodywork or wellness, this training offers a balance of practical skill, foundational theory, and embodied understanding.

Across the five days, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a full-body Abhyanga treatment, learning how to give a complete, confident, and intuitive massage. Each day builds progressively, allowing you to integrate technique through repetition and hands-on practice.

Alongside the practical training, we’ll explore the core principles of Ayurveda in a simple and accessible way — giving context to why Abhyanga is such a powerful practice for regulating the nervous system, supporting digestion, improving circulation, and cultivating a deeper connection to the body.

What you’ll learn:

• The foundations of Ayurveda and the role of Abhyanga within it
• How to perform a 75min full-body Abhyanga treatment
• Techniques for each area of the body (head, face, torso, arms, legs, back)
• Use of oils and how to work intuitively with different bodies
• Creating a safe, grounded, and professional treatment space
• Client care, contraindications, and treatment considerations

What to expect:

This is a hands-on, practice-based training. You’ll both give and receive massage each day, allowing you to understand the technique not just intellectually, but through direct experience.

The pace is steady and supportive, with space for questions, integration, and refinement. By the end of the training, you’ll feel confident offering Abhyanga as a treatment — whether professionally or within your personal life.

This training is not just about learning a technique. It’s about reconnecting with touch as a form of care, presence, and meditation.
